Senior Data Engineer

Role Overview:

At Adal Fintech, we are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Query Optimization, SSIS, Apache Spark, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows, ensuring efficient and scalable data solutions to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines (SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, Apache Spark, Python).
• Write and optimize complex queries and stored procedures for high performance.
• Work with large-scale structured/unstructured data, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with BI teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions.
• Document technical designs and workflows for knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering field.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS), big data (Apache Spark), and Python.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Exposure to NoSQL and real-time data processing.
