Senior Data Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and present findings that influence key business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver high-quality data from various sources.
• Build and manage data lake and data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• Implement and enforce data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize data infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop reusable data models, schemas, and APIs to support analytics and machine learning applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices within the data team.
• Automate workflows using tools like Airflow, dbt, or Prefect.
• Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams to manage deployments and CI/CD for data pipelines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
