Job Description

For data engineers I mentioned that sssr is preferable but Talend is mandatory

In addition to the below, we need another two resources as Data Engineers with the following job description:

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and relations
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and Power BI dashboards.
• Build and optimize Talend ETL packages for data integration.
• Create stored procedures, functions, and performance-tuned SQL queries.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve data/report issues.
• Manage deployments and version control of reports and ETL.
• Organize, plan, and manage reporting/ETL tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Break down complex business requirements into simple, actionable tasks that deliver clear value.
• Document report logic, ETL flows, and data models.
• Work independently with minimum support.

Required Skills

• Talend hands-on experience – mandatory
• Strong SSRS report design (tables, matrices, drill-down, parameters, linked reports, row-level security).
• Hands-on Power BI report development.
• Hands-on SSIS package development and troubleshooting – preferable
• Advanced T-SQL (joins, CTEs, indexing, optimization).
• Experience with Oracle, Postgres, and SQL Server (including Agent, job scheduling, and logging).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience report development ETL development.
• 4–6 years of experience working with Talend, SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres databases.
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI report development and deployment.
• Experience working in enterprise data environments.
• Relevant certifications in Data Warehousing, Reporting, or Data Analysis (good to have).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
