Job Summary:

Cywarden is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and platforms that support our cybersecurity products and analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with security analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Build and optimize data models for analytics, reporting, and security intelligence use cases
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (logs, events, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across systems
• Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to support threat detection and analytics initiatives
• Optimize performance of databases, data warehouses, and big data systems
• Implement data security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline issues in production environments
• Document data architecture, workflows, and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages)
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or equivalent)
• Experience building data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, or similar
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and performance optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with handling large-scale, high-volume data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cybersecurity, SaaS, or security analytics domains
• Knowledge of streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar)
• Understanding of log data, telemetry, or security event data
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with compliance and data security standards

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
