Job Title: SSE/LE – Data Engineer
Location: Udaipur/Jaipur/Bangalore/Bhopal

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with hands-on experience in SQL Server, Databricks, Python, and data pipeline management. The ideal candidate will support and optimize existing ETL processes, ensure platform reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support data pipelines and workflows.
• Handle incident tickets and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor and maintain overall system health and performance.
• Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to ensure data availability and reliability.
• Optimize and enhance existing ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and maintain pipelines using Databricks & SQL.
• Provide on-call support during assigned shifts.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for process efficiency and system stability.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, tuning, stored procedures).
• Experience working with Databricks (Spark, notebooks, ETL/ELT pipelines).
• Proficiency with Python for scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide timely production fixes.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
