Job Summary:

This senior role reviews existing data sources, builds reliable data pipelines, defines data models, and develops machine learning models that support business, product, and operational needs. The role works closely with other teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Data Sources & Systems: Review and understand existing data sources, systems, and how data is used across the company.
• Data Pipelines: Build and operate data pipelines to collect, transform, and validate data from multiple systems.
• Data Modeling & Quality: Define data models and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Machine Learning & Models: Build, train, and maintain machine learning models that support automation, operations, and decision-making.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Implement data access controls, retention rules, and compliance requirements (NDMO, PDPL).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to support systems, automate workflows, and build machine learning models that improve operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data-focused engineering roles.
• Strong experience working with multiple data sources and production data systems.
• Hands-on experience building and operating data pipelines.
• Experience building and maintaining machine learning models.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data validation.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
