We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems, as well as leading data engineering projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with our data science and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and flow.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable data pipelines and architectures

Build and maintain data warehouses, lakes, and other data storage solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement solutions

Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, and security

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the data engineering team

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala

Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases

Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs4,000,000.00 per month
