Senior Data Engineer(61249-1)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in big data technologies, cloud platforms, and backend development. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing and streaming solutions, build and optimize big-data pipelines with Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka, and develop backend systems using Java, J2EE, Scala, and Python. Responsibilities include implementing real-time streaming and batch data processing, ensuring high standards of code quality, system reliability, and performance, designing data models, supporting data-migration protocols, and integrating data workflows with tools such as Automic and Apache Airflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Hadoop, Spark, cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform), Python, Scala, Java/J2EE, Kafka, and streaming technologies.
• Experience with at least one cloud computing platform such as GCP or Azure.
• Proven coding track record in a programming language like Scala or Python.
• Strong skills in data modeling and data-migration protocols.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GCP, data warehousing, and business-intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise data workflows using tools such as Automic and Apache Airflow.
