Project Overview

We are building a Customer 360 Platform for a leading client to create a unified, single view of customer data across 40+ systems. The platform will enable customer insights, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for a Customer 360 data platform
  • Analyze data flows, data feeds, and integration points across multiple systems
  • Work closely with data architects, engineers, and vendors to validate solutions
  • Define and document data models, schemas, and structures
  • Ensure data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks are implemented
  • Support data integration and customer data stitching across multiple applications
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for architects
  • Create documentation: user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven, data integration, or migration projects
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Data Modelling & Schema Design
  • Data Lineage & Governance
  • Data Quality & Validation
  • Data Integration & Data Flow Management
  • Experience working with data platforms such as:
  • Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
  • Databricks
  • OR AWS (S3, Redshift) / Google BigQuery
  • Experience in data warehouse migrations or Customer 360 implementations
  • Strong ability to interpret data feeds, schemas, and integration specifications
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
  • Hands-on experience working with multiple system integrations (~40+ systems preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Important Note

  • This is NOT a Data Engineer role
  • Candidates must have functional + technical understanding of data ecosystems
  • Strong communication skills are mandatory

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Airline domain
  • Exposure to CRM / Customer Engagement platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or Amadeus

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong data analyst with integration & migration exposure
  • Ability to guide architects and influence solution design
  • Comfortable working across business + technical stakeholders
  • Experience building or supporting customer-centric data platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
