Senior Data Privacy Specialist

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

To supervise Data Privacy functions associated with implementation, monitoring, and reporting of privacy controls.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Implement, Monitor & Report Privacy Controls.
• Measure & Monitor Privacy Performance metrics.
• Maintain and review the policies and procedures related to the Data Privacy Function.
• Work with other stakeholders within SIMAH to ensure implementation of policies, processes & procedures related to Privacy.
• Supervise investigations related to non-compliance with regulations and policies to protect personal data and prepare related reports.
• Supervise in Provide regular reports regarding the implementation of Data Privacy program.
• Supervise in the closure of Internal/External Audit observations.
• Review Change requests involving any Privacy changes.
• Supervise performance measurement reports for privacy function.
• Understand KSA's regulations for Data Privacy and their requirements to be implemented within SIMAH.
• Supervise the Participate in and perform Privacy Impact Assessment with other stakeholders within SIMAH.
• Demonstrate consistent adherence to the SIMAH's Safety, Quality and Environmental standards and practices.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Law related field.
• Key Certifications: The following certifications are preferred: CIPT, CIPP or CDPSE etc.
• 4-5 years or more of relevant experience.
