Senior Data Research Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct data research from multiple online portals and databases.
• Collect, verify, and organize candidate / business data as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel / internal databases.
• Generate leads and prepare reports for the HR/Management team.
• Support recruitment and sales teams with data insights.
• Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong internet research skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze large sets of data.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 3–4 years of experience in Data Research / Lead Generation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
