Your Mission:

You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced analytics and AI models for critical banking use cases. From client propensity models to pricing strategies, your work will have a direct and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement data-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges in the Saudi banking sector.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models (e.g., client propensity, Next Best Offer, price elasticity).
• Analyze diverse data sets (unstructured, transactional, behavioral) to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value use cases.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and business impact of deployed solutions.
• Communicate complex insights clearly to recommend data-driven decisions.

What You Bring (Required):

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial services or banking.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and standard data science tools.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and ideally NLP/GenAI.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Self-driven and able to thrive both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Arabic language proficiency is a must.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points (Preferred):

• Experience with DataRobot.
• Direct experience in banking or financial analytics.
