Senior Data Scientist

Location: Kolkata (On-site only)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team:

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business requirement and convert them into well-defined data science problems.
• Design and architect end-to-end data science and AI/ML solutions, from data pipeline creation to data engineering to data science to deployment.
• Apply strong foundations in statistics, mathematics, and machine learning to build enterprise solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior data scientists
• Guide model selection, feature engineering, evaluation, and optimization
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions are production-ready
• Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, statistics, and applied mathematics
• Proven ability to solve complex, real-world problems using data
• Experience designing data science architectures and analytical pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Python and common ML/data science frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Prior experience leading or mentoring data science teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
