We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build production ML + GenAI that makes Viatouch Vicki smarter in real time: personalized ads/offers/samples, low-latency scoring, and LLM-driven insights that are grounded in our data.

What You’ll Do

• Personalization / Next-Best-Action: Build ranking/propensity models to decide what Vicki shows next (content, offer, sample, question) based on context + behavior.
• Real-Time Scoring in AWS: Deploy low-latency inference with monitoring, drift detection, versioning, and safe rollback.
• LLMs + RAG + Agents: Create data-grounded assistants that answer questions, summarize campaigns, explain anomalies, and analyze open-ended feedback (with traceability/guardrails).
• Prompting + Fine-Tuning + Evaluation: Build prompt libraries, run model evaluations, reduce hallucinations, and set quality gates for releases.
• Data Modeling for ML + BI: Curate warehouse/lake datasets, create Redshift views, and support QuickSight dashboards used internally and by partners.
• Fraud-Aware Signals: Incorporate risk/anomaly signals so personalization and measurement aren’t polluted by abuse.

What You Bring

• Proven experience shipping ML to production (not just notebooks).
• Strong Python + SQL; solid ML fundamentals (classification, ranking, clustering, evaluation).
• Experience with personalization/recommendations and real-time decisioning.
• AWS proficiency (deploying, scaling, monitoring).
• Clear communicator who can lead projects end-to-end.
