Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly analytical and impact-driven Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in causal modeling and marketing analytics. This role focuses on measuring true business impact through rigorous experimentation, attribution frameworks, and advanced statistical modeling. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with strategic thinking to influence high-stakes marketing and business decisions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement causal inference models to measure incremental impact of marketing and product initiatives.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to evaluate performance and optimize outcomes.
  • Build and enhance attribution models to assess channel contribution and user journey impact.
  • Apply Bayesian modeling techniques to improve inference, uncertainty estimation, and decision-making.
  • Use advanced statistical methods (e.g., uplift modeling, difference-in-differences, synthetic controls, instrumental variables) to solve complex business problems.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies.
  • Write complex, optimized queries using SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Data Science , statistics, and machine learning.
  • Demonstrated experience in causal modeling and causal inference techniques .
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design .
  • Strong understanding of Bayesian statistics and probabilistic modeling .
  • Experience building or working with attribution models .
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python for statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environment
