Senior Data Scientist – Dubai (FinTech)

We’re working with a high-growth fintech in Dubai that’s building out a genuinely strong data science function.

They’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist with a solid grounding in traditional machine learning and a research-driven mindset to help push their models and products to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and deploying ML models across core business products

• Working closely with engineering and product teams on end-to-end solutions

• Applying rigorous experimentation and research approaches to improve performance

• Tackling real-world financial data problems at scale

What they’re looking for:

• 6+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning

• Strong experience with traditional ML (not purely LLM-focused)

• Background in research, experimentation, or advanced modelling

• Experience in fintech, banking, or other data-heavy environments is a plus

• Strong coding skills (Python, etc.)
