🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data ingestion to production deployment

• Build, optimize, and maintain Classical Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions

• Develop scalable ETL pipelines and data engineering workflows supporting AI initiatives

• Design and implement RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and LLM-powered applications

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions

• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications across cloud environments

• Ensure model performance, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence

• Contribute to AI architecture decisions, MLOps practices, and deployment strategies

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence

✔ Strong expertise in Classical Machine Learning and Agentic AI systems

✔ Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions independently

✔ Solid experience with ETL processes, data engineering, and scalable data pipelines

✔ Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

✔ Experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

✔ Strong understanding of APIs, Docker, MLOps, CI/CD, and production deployment practices

✔ Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions

✔ Strong problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Full-stack Data Scientist / AI Engineer profile is highly preferred

• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Banking, or Enterprise AI environments

• Experience with Multi-Agent Systems and AI Workflow Automation

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Forecasting, or Recommendation Systems
