Senior Deal Closer – US Digital Marketing (Night Shift)

We are hiring ONE highly experienced Senior Closer to handle warm US leads only for our digital marketing services.

This role is core to our revenue.
You will not cold call, not chase random leads, and not read scripts.

You will close, upsell, and retain serious US clients.

Location: Near Khayaban-e-Ameen / Valencia (Lahore)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Campaigns)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

2–4 years experience closing US clients
Proven record closing $500 – $3,000 digital marketing packages
Strong English (confident, clear, neutral accent preferred)
Experience in:

• Digital marketing services
• High-ticket phone or Zoom sales
• Recurring / retainer-based clients

No freshers
No script readers
No learning-phase candidates

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

• Receive warm transfers only from agents
• Handle final qualification & objection handling
• Close high-value digital marketing deals
• Upsell recurring monthly services
• Retain clients for long-term revenue
• Maintain professional US-level communication

SALARY & COMMISSION (SMART STRUCTURE)Fixed Salary

PKR 90,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)

Commission (PROFIT-BASED, NOT FAKE NUMBERS)

8% – 12% of PROFIT
(not total sale value — real, sustainable commission)

Commission Tier Example:

• Lower profit → 8%
• Strong margins / performance → up to 12%

COMPANY-WIDE COMMISSION LOGIC (QUALITY-FOCUSED For Agents (Who Bring Leads)

• 2% on first client payment
• 3% if client stays 3 months
• +1% bonus if deal value exceeds $1,500
