A Senior Deals & Value Creation Partner leads high-stakes advisory on mergers, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization, focusing on unlocking post-deal value for private equity, corporate clients, or investors. This senior role typically requires 10+ years in strategy consulting (e.g., Big 4 like PwC or boutique PE advisory firms).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive top-line growth initiatives like revenue enhancement, pricing strategies, market entry, sales optimization, and GTM (go-to-market) redesign.
- Lead bottom-line improvements including cost reduction, procurement, supply chain, procurement, tech modernization (AI/digital), and finance transformation.
- Oversee full deal lifecycle: pre-deal due diligence (CDD/ODD), synergy assessments, post-merger integrations, carve-outs, and performance tracking to ensure value realization.
- Manage client CXO relationships, cross-functional teams, and global project delivery while contributing to business development (e.g., BD targets like $250K+ annually).
- Structure complex problems, build investment theses from primary research, and deliver actionable plans using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record with PE-backed companies, M&A executions, or operational turnarounds; sector expertise (e.g., FS, banking, fintech) is often preferred.
- Strong PM skills for high-pressure environments, with experience in 2-3+ integrations/separations across front/back office functions.
- Advanced degrees (CA, MBA) ideal; exceptional stakeholder management and analytical skills essential.
Pay: RO20.000 - RO40.000 per hour
