About the Position

At Thryv, we’re a team that lives by teamwork. However, it’s not the work that drives us, it’s the respect, trust, and care for each other that defines us as a team. We’re always looking for the best and brightest team players to join us.

The Senior Demand Generation Partner owns the end-to-end strategy, development, and orchestration of integrated multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. This role plays a key part in accelerating our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy by fueling the free trial motion, nurturing self-serve users, and converting them into paying customers. The Senior Demand Generation Partner collaborates cross-functionally to execute cohesive, data-driven campaigns that translate business objectives into measurable marketing impact.

  • Defines campaign messaging, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment from first touch through conversion.
  • Leads the trial motion by managing the strategy, messaging, and user journey that converts trial users into paying customers.
  • Develops integrated campaign plans outlining objectives, key messages, content strategies, channels, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Design, and Web teams to produce high-impact campaign assets including emails, ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  • Incorporates SEO and performance insights into campaign planning for comprehensive full-funnel visibility and optimization.

  • 5+ years of related experience, required. Experience developing and executing holistic demand generation campaigns; experience with SaaS, freemium, and Product-Led Growth organizations preferred. Demonstrated success working with SMB customer segments (1-25 employees) and managing agency partnerships. Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related marketing technologies.
  • 9+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Advanced expertise in demand generation strategy with a proven track record of executing sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns focused on pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated messaging and audience segmentation that effectively nurtures prospects through the funnel.
  • Strong skills in orchestrating trial-to-paid conversion campaigns, particularly within Product-Led Growth models.
