Senior Dental assistant

Our fast-paced, growing dental office in Spring & Katy is looking for an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

We are seeking someone who is reliable, proactive, and bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong clinical and communication skills.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Assist dentist during procedures efficiently

Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories

Take digital X-rays and impressions

Manage patient flow and ensure excellent patient experience

Educate patients on treatment and post-care

Maintain accurate records using Open Dental software

Ensure compliance with OSHA & HIPAA standards Requirements

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Texas

Minimum 5+ years of dental assisting experience

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required

Experience with Open Dental software – Required

Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
