Role Overview

The Senior Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, ensuring patient satisfaction, driving clinical excellence, and supporting junior dentists within the clinic. This role includes both clinical responsibility and involvement in maintaining the clinic’s operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of dental procedures.
• Perform RCTs, restorations, extractions, prosthodontic work, preventive dentistry, and general dentistry procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to Clove clinical protocols, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and documentation on the system.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with specialists when required.
• Ensure strong patient communication, counselling, and follow-ups to drive patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to clinic growth by ensuring high-quality treatment and patient retention.
• Stay updated with latest dental practices, technology, and clinical advancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BDS / MDS from a recognized and DCI-approved institution.
• 4–8 years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong expertise in general dentistry; exposure to specialization cases is a plus.
• Excellent diagnostic skills, clinical judgement, and patient-handling abilities.
• Good communication, empathy, and ability to build patient trust.
• Ability to work as part of a structured clinical team and follow SOPs.
• Knowledge of digital dentistry tools (intraoral scanners, digital X-rays) is an advantage.

Work Schedule

• As per Clove Dental operational standards (6-day working structure; rotational weekly off).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
