Salary:30000-45000 Per Month, Slight Negotiable, Incentives.

Job Description:-

The Senior Dental Surgeon is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing oral diseases and dental issues. This role includes complex surgical procedures, mentoring junior dentists, ensuring high standards of patient care, and contributing to clinical development. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience and a strong commitment to continuing education and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Duties:
• Perform advanced dental procedures including extractions, implants, root canals, corrective surgeries, and full mouth rehabilitation.
• Diagnose oral conditions through examinations, X-rays, and other diagnostic tools.
• Provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Prescribe medications and provide post-operative care instructions.
• Surgical Expertise:
• Conduct complex maxillofacial surgeries and bone grafting as required.
• Ensure safe and sterile surgical environments.
• Oversee the use of anesthesia and sedation during surgeries.
• Leadership & Mentoring:
• Supervise and guide junior dentists, interns, and dental assistants.
• Conduct training sessions and share knowledge on recent advancements in dental care.
• Assist in hiring and evaluating dental staff.
• Patient Care & Communication:
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Communicate treatment plans and outcomes effectively.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Administrative & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to policy-making and protocol improvements in the dental department.
