Senior Deputy Manager - Electronics (Textile Processing)

Key Responsibilities1. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic systems in textile processing machines.
• Troubleshoot faults in PLCs, drives, sensors, control panels, and automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper functioning of machines such as:
• Stenter Machines
• Dyeing Machines
• Washing Machines
• Compactors
• Dryers
• Finishing Machines

2. PLC & Automation Management

• Handle PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).
• Troubleshoot HMI, VFD drives, temperature controllers, and sensors.
• Assist in automation improvements and machine optimization.
• Support machine upgrades and automation projects.

3. Preventive Maintenance

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electronic equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance SOPs.

4. Installation & Commissioning

• Assist in installation and commissioning of new textile processing machines.
• Ensure proper calibration and setup of electronic systems.

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and maintenance teams.
• Provide technical support during production issues.
• Assist in reducing machine breakdowns and improving efficiency.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements

• BSc Electronics (Mandatory)
• Additional certifications in PLC / Automation will be preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 -6 years of experience in Textile Processing Industry
• Experience with dyeing, finishing, or processing machinery
• Experience in industrial electronics and automation

Technical Skills Required

• PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi preferred)
• Knowledge of VFD drives, sensors, and control systems
• Knowledge of textile processing machinery electronics
• Understanding of industrial automation systems
• Electrical panel troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
