Senior Design Architect

About the Company:

Abu Al Naga Contracting is a leading construction and real estate development company in Dubai, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect & Exterior Designer with a strong background in architectural and exterior design, and project execution to join our team and lead premium projects from conception to completion.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in consulting or design firms in Dubai, as the role focuses on creating well-organized and visually compelling exterior designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, develop, and design architectural and exterior design drawings, including detailed 2D & 3D drawings, in line with project specifications and authority requirements.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, principal architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure optimal design delivery.

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with office plans, specifications, and project benchmarks.

Assess client needs and requirements, develop design programs, and present design proposals to clients.

Design and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and exterior design drawings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of professional experience in Dubai as an Architect and Interior Designer.

Extensive experience in exterior design, detailed architectural 2D & 3D drawings, and design coordination.

Preferably from a consulting or design firm background in Dubai.

Experience in permit submissions, NOC issuance, and ensuring compliant project proposals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively present design proposals to clients.
