Senior Design Architect

ZAD Studio is seeking a Senior Design Architect with 10–12 years of experience in architectural consultancy to join our Dubai team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with UAE/Dubai authority approvals, excellent design and coordination skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 10–12 years of experience in architectural consultancy
• Strong experience with Dubai and UAE authority submission procedures and approvals
• Proven experience managing and mentoring junior architects
• In-depth knowledge of authority standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Immediate availability preferred
