Senior Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Create detailed mechanical designs and specifications using Solid Works and 3-D modelling.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, test plans

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, schedule, and budget.

Work closely with manufacturing and Quality teams.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Support manufacturing and production teams in the transition from design to Production.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Identify opportunities for improving design processes and methodologies.

Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Draft Sight, etc.) and other relevant design tools

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
