Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal 2D AutoCAD Designer/Engineer to join our team.

Responsibility:

· The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing sheet metal components and assemblies using AutoCAD, along with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and industry standards.

· The role involves creating detailed drawings, specifications, and supporting the production process for sheet metal products.

· Prepare fabrication drawings for sheet metal components.

• Update and modify designs based on feedback or changes in project requirements.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve design challenges and ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Maintain accurate records of all design work, including drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Assist in optimizing designs for cost efficiency while maintaining quality and performance standards.

Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of sheet metal materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.

· Ability to generate detailed design drawings and ensure accuracy.

· Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.

· Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
