Senior Design Engineer – API 6A Choke Valves, ESDV (Emergency Shutdown Valves), MOV (Motor Operated

Experienced in the design and development of API 6A pressure control equipment, including manual and actuated choke valves, gate valves, ESDVs, MOVs, wellhead systems, Christmas tree equipment, and customized valve actuation packages. Proficient in mechanical design calculations, pressure-containing component design, actuator sizing and selection, material selection, finite element analysis (FEA), product standardization, and design validation.

Skilled in preparing GA drawings, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, datasheets, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. Experienced in compliance with API 6A, API 6D, ASME, NACE MR0175, and customer-specific requirements for upstream and downstream oil & gas applications. Strong background in new product development, design optimization, reverse engineering, qualification testing, and cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project teams.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
