Job Title
Senior Design Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of machine components, modules, and assemblies as per product and project requirements.
• Create and review detailed 3D models, drawings, and design documentation using Solid Edge / SolidWorks.
• Apply GD&T principles effectively and ensure adherence to engineering standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Prepare and verify Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering change documents, and design records.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, production, and quality teams for design validation, prototyping, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support cross-functional teams during development.
• Utilize strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, casting, and sheet metal design.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving product reliability and manufacturability.

Qualification
BE Mechanical

Experience
5+ years is New product development / Designing (Special purpose machines)
Proficiency in Solid Edge / SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD tools
Strong understanding of advanced machine design concepts, GD&T, and engineering standards.
