Senior Design Engineer (Electronics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex electronic systems and components.
• Technical Execution: Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, technical drawings, and documentation, performing simulations (SPICE/FMEA) and calculations (worst-case analysis).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams for seamless product integration.
• Testing & Validation: Oversee prototype testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and ensure design quality and compliance.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, training, and feedback to junior engineers.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, define requirements, estimate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement, including design reviews and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in electronics design, embedded systems, microcontroller-based designs, and product lifecycle management.
• Technical Skills: Strong analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, knowledge of communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN, USB), and proficiency with CAD tools (Altium, AutoCAD).
• Lab Skills: Hands-on mastery of lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
