Position: Design Engineer- Mechanical

Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad

Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 - 10 year's of in machine design, specifically in wire & cable manufacturing equipment

Salary: 6 - 10 LPA

Skills: SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD

Job Description:

⦁ Design and develop machines used in wire and cable processing

⦁ Create 3D models, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documents using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD)

⦁ Perform basic engineering calculations for gears, shafts, bearings, etc.

⦁ Design systems for high-speed, low-vibration, and long-term use

⦁ Work closely with electrical and automation teams to integrate drives, sensors, and controls

⦁ Improve designs for easy manufacturing, maintenance, and cost savings

⦁ Take part in design reviews and risk assessments (DFMEA)

⦁ Support machine prototyping, testing, and commissioning

⦁ Coordinate with vendors and fabrication teams to meet quality standards

⦁ Manage design files and documentation using PLM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
