Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer - Water to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients in the region.

  • Develop and oversee the design of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems for large-scale projects
  • Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure compliance with local and international water regulations and standards
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and cost estimates
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in water engineering technologies and sustainable practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in water engineering design, with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Advanced knowledge of water engineering principles and practices, including water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater management
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and hydraulic modeling software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clients
  • Knowledge of local water regulations and standards in the UAE
  • Experience in sustainable water resource management
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
