We’re now looking for a Senior Design Lead / Design Mentor to elevate our creative direction, mentor our team, and help position Klyra as one of India’s leading design brands.

Role Overview:

You’ll lead the creative process from concept to completion — guiding design intent, material selection, and detailing. This is both a creative leadership and mentorship role: we’re looking for someone who can bring artistic excellence, process clarity, and the maturity to shape a growing design studio.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead concept development, spatial planning, and design presentations for high-end residential & commercial interiors.

* Review and refine design outputs — ensuring every project meets Klyra’s quality and aesthetic benchmarks.

* Guide junior designers and help build an internal Design Manual (detailing standards, color palettes, lighting principles, material curation).

* Coordinate with visualization, site, and technical teams to ensure design intent translates to execution.

* Collaborate with the founder on elevating Klyra’s creative direction, brand storytelling, and portfolio curation.

* Contribute to client presentations and help position the studio as a premium, detail-driven design brand.

What We’re Looking For

1. Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch / B.Des or equivalent).

2. 7–15 years of experience with strong exposure to luxury or boutique projects.

3. Deep knowledge of materials, detailing, lighting, and design trends.

4. Strong visualization & design software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Blender; Photoshop / Enscape / V-Ray).

5. Excellent aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and mentoring capability.

6. Ability to lead with both creativity and discipline — balancing design flair with practical execution.

Compensation:

Competitive package based on experience (₹60,000 – ₹1,25,000), project-to-project performance-based bonuses and long-term growth potential within leadership.

Long-term growth path: As Klyra expands, deserving leadership member will be offered a company stake / equity share, aligning creative vision with business success.
