We’re on the hunt for a Senior Designer who can dream big, think differently, and roll up their sleeves to make it all happen.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t your typical “sit-in-meetings-all-day” Creative Director role. You’ll be both the visionary and the maker — setting the creative tone while designing the actual campaigns, ads, packaging, events, and in-store experiences that bring our brands to life.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Shape Our Brands

• Keep our retail and wholesale brands consistent, bold, and fresh across every channel.
• Work with marketing leadership to turn big ideas into campaigns that actually move the needle.
• Push creative boundaries while keeping things on-brand and compliant (we’re cannabis, after all).

Design, Design, Design

• Roll up your sleeves and create assets for digital, print, social, events, and advertising.
• Develop in-store signage, merchandising displays, and packaging that wow customers.
• Support photo and video shoots, making sure visuals tell the story you imagined.
• Bring event visions to life through creative design and on-the-ground execution — from branded activations to immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Lead + Inspire

• Guide and mentor our design team — giving feedback, sparking new ideas, and helping them grow.
• Collaborate with retail, wholesale, and product teams so campaigns feel seamless from shelf to screen.
• Jump in with vendors and partners when needed to get things across the finish line.

Keep It All Moving

• Juggle big-picture brand building with fast-turn creative projects.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources so our creative machine runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio that shows you can dream up big ideas and deliver killer designs.
• 7+ years of experience in design + creative leadership (retail/consumer brand experience = a big plus).
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A knack for branding, advertising, packaging, and retail merchandising.
• Someone who’s just as comfortable concepting at a whiteboard as they are designing in Illustrator.
• A natural leader who knows how to give feedback, inspire a team, and keep things fun.
