About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with 4 - 5 years of experience to lead visual storytelling for our podcasts and content IPs. You’ll own projects end-to-end from concept to execution, crafting designs that are bold, on-brand, and platform-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery
• Translate briefs into thoughtful, engaging visual assets
• Create branding, podcast cover art, campaign creatives, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with producers, marketers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Stay updated on design and entertainment trends
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality

Requirements:

• 4 - 5 years of design experience (media/entertainment preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design work
• Solid skills in layout, typography, color, and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bonus: Experience with podcast visuals, social media design, Figma or Canva
