Job description:
Seeking a senior designer/project manager who can be the busy principal's "right hand"
Responsibilities:
- Excellent AutoCAD skills- including drafting furniture plans, detailed elevations, custom cabinets and furniture, Kitchens, Bathrooms, RCP plans & construction documents/sets
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities/competing priorities/projects with a high level of detail.
- Ability to meet project deadlines with "do-what-it-takes" attitude
- Clear communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and clients, including the ability to correspond with excellent English grammar and spelling
- Work closely with Principal to develop designs and client presentations
- Maintain and grow thoughtful professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Problem solve and create solutions with colleagues and vendors in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage and delegate to Design Assistants and Junior/Intermediate Designers
Qualifications/ Who you are:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design handling high-end residential projects from star to finish
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Google Drive, and knowledge of Houzz Pro Preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ideally: Must have a valid driver's license and either own or have ready access to a car (Mileage is reimbursed).
- Experience working closely with contractors and architects on remodels.

Pay: $85,000.72 - $105,000.64 per year
