Senior Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Designer to take the lead role in design for new clients and projects. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams, delivering innovative and functional designs while guiding the creative process.

Duties

• Lead design direction for prospective and ongoing projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver creative solutions
• Provide renderings, space planning, and design presentations
• Oversee design standards, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Support junior team members with mentorship and design input

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in architectural design and space planning
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in design/rendering software

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
