Senior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with strong expertise in aluminum systems, curtain walls, façades, windows, doors, and cladding solutions. The ideal candidate will lead design development, provide technical guidance, and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to deliver high-quality façade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation diagrams for aluminum and façade systems.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to create precise and compliant façade designs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to clarify technical requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes.
• Provide technical support during tendering, engineering, production, and site execution stages.
• Conduct material take-offs, system calculations, and interface detailing.
• Lead junior designers and provide mentorship on design best practices and system knowledge.
• Work with system suppliers and manufacturers to apply correct profiles, accessories, and technical parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in aluminum and façade design.
• Strong knowledge of façades, curtain walls, unitized systems, structural glazing, and aluminum profiles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); experience with Revit, SolidWorks, Inventor, Rhino, or BIM tools is a plus.
• Understanding of structural behavior, load calculations, and façade performance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
