We’re seeking a Senior Designer who is confident, collaborative, and able to guide projects with clarity and professionalism. This role works closely with a variety of team members—some fast-paced, some highly driven—so strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment are key.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design and programming for small to mid-sized interior projects
- Partner with Account Managers, Project Managers, and clients to define project goals, budgets, timelines, and product selections
- Develop schematic designs, renderings, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Present design solutions to clients with clarity and confidence
- Review design work for quality and accuracy
- Attend on-site and off-site client meetings as needed
- Maintain thorough project documentation and files
- Participate in ongoing professional development, meetings, and industry training
- Support additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or equivalent experience)
- 5–6+ years of interior design experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Proficiency across all phases of design, drafting, and presentation
- Required software experience: AutoCAD and CET (Configura)
- Preferred: NCIDQ Certification, Interior Design License, or Architect License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
