Senior Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creative direction and execution of visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with advanced video editing skills to deliver impactful campaigns that align with client objectives. You will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of creatives for digital campaigns, ads, social media, websites, and brand collateral.
• Oversee video production & editing for ads, reels, explainer videos, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring quality and creativity.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital marketing formats, and video editing tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Should have experience in print media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design + video editing work.
• Proficiency in tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Understanding of digital marketing formats (social, display ads, web, email, etc.).
• Motion graphics & animation skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
