This role requires a strong combination of creative vision, technical proficiency, and project coordination skills. The Senior Designer works collaboratively across departments, supports client-facing teams as needed, and contributes to team capability through mentorship, coaching, and design standards.

  • Iterate quickly while maintaining design quality and alignment to project goals.

Technical Design Execution and Documentation

  • Uphold and reinforce departmental standards of practice and design best practices.
  • Review work for accuracy, quality, and scope alignment (self and other designers).
  • Mentor and coach other designers; contribute to training and ongoing professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS
