Our team is a multidisciplinary group working across brand design, packaging, and marketing communications, supporting one of our largest and most dynamic clients.
The work spans multiple categories, formats, and touchpoints—from shelf to screen to store—requiring systems thinking, speed, and a deep understanding of how brands show up in the real world.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment embedded in the client’s business, where creative ideas must scale across portfolios and channels.
As a Senior Designer, you are a versatile, conceptually strong designer who can move fluidly across brand identity, packaging systems, and integrated campaign work. You have the ability to think about how it comes to life across the entire consumer journey.
You bring strong CPG instincts and understand what drives impact on shelf, but you’re equally comfortable extending that thinking into retail, digital, social, and campaign storytelling.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,500 USD - $86,500 USD annually plus bonus eligibility. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Group benefits currently include a selection of health care plans with prescription drug coverage, dental plan, vision plan, basic and supplemental life insurance, a flexible spending account for medical and dependent care expenses or a health savings account based on plan selection, short/long term disability and 401(k) Savings Plan.
