We are searching for a Contract Senior Designer for our creative agency client. In this position, you’ll help concept and execute campaign-driven creative across digital, social, and email channels for nationally recognized consumer brands. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can move quickly, bring strong visual taste to the table, and translate creative direction into polished, high-performing work. Interested in learning more? As Senior Designer, you will:

• Concept and execute digital creative across email, social, campaign, and brand marketing channels
• Partner closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring campaigns to life
• Translate creative direction into clean, compelling, on-brand visual design
• Develop layouts, visual systems, and campaign assets that balance storytelling with performance
• Contribute to concept development and help shape creative territory early in the process
• Prepare production-ready assets while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistency
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
• Present work clearly and confidently while incorporating feedback quickly and thoughtfully

Who we’re searching for / About you:

• 5+ years of experience in design at an agency, studio, or in-house consumer brand environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign, digital, social, and/or email marketing work
• Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable moving quickly from concept to execution with minimal oversight
• Experience designing for consumer-facing brands, lifestyle brands, food/beverage, retail, or culture-driven campaigns is highly preferred
• Ability to balance creative thinking with production accuracy and speed
• Motion, illustration, or animation skills are a plus
