Senior Designer / Design Manager

We are looking for a Senior Designer / Design Manager to join our interior design and architecture studio in Dubai Hills. This role is suited to a design professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record delivering high-end projects in the UAE market.

You will lead design teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure the highest level of design quality across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role
• Must have proven experience delivering luxury residential, commercial, F&B, retail, and hospitality projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE standards, authority requirements, and site coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe CC, and other design software
• Strong understanding of detailing, joinery, materials, and construction documentation for high-end projects
• Positive, professional, and proactive team player with strong ownership, proven leadership and mentoring skills, and a detail-oriented passion for luxury design

Responsibilities:

• Lead luxury interior design projects from concept through detailed design and site execution
• Oversee high-end residential, commercial, F&B, retail, and hospitality projects
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring design excellence and consistency
• Review and approve design drawings, presentations, and material selections
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities across the UAE
• Present concepts, finishes, and design strategies confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
