Job Purpose:

To design, develop, and enhance Masdr’s CRM solutions by delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality system functionalities aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements, while ensuring system performance, integration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, customizations, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Lead development of complex features, workflows, and system enhancements across CRM platforms.
• Ensure CRM solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.
• Design and implement integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems (APIs, middleware).
• Work closely with IT Operations and Support teams to ensure system stability.
• Provide technical guidance and support for system enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement of CRM development practices, tools, and processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in CRM development, application development, or enterprise systems roles.
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Code reviews and development best practices.
