About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in forex markets, algorithmic trading (quant strategies), and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) plugin/indicator development to join our team on-site in Dubai.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing high-frequency and automated trading systems, custom indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), and bridging solutions for MT5.

This role requires a strong mathematical mindset, experience with quantitative models, and hands-on skills in MQL5/C++ integration. You will work closely with our quantitative research and trading teams in our Dubai office to translate strategies into robust, low-latency trading tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy custom indicators, scripts, and Expert Advisors (EAs) for MT5 using MQL5.
• Design and implement algorithmic trading systems for forex and other financial instruments.
• Optimize trading algorithms for speed, reliability, and compliance with broker restrictions.
• Build and maintain plugins, DLLs, or bridges connecting MT5 with external systems (Python, C#, REST APIs, databases).
• Conduct backtesting, stress testing, and live deployment of quantitative models.
• Collaborate with quants and traders in-office to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and version control using Git.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other trading platforms (cTrader, TradingView, NinjaTrader).
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in trading.
• Background in mathematics, statistics, or financial engineering.
• Previous work with high-frequency or low-latency systems.
• Published MT5 plugins or community contributions.
