Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge applications. You will be responsible for building CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system reliability, automating operations, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software with speed and security. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to lead DevOps practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). Build, monitor, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through infrastructure automation. Manage and monitor containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.). Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency. Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, etc.). Ensure security best practices and compliance in cloud and DevOps processes. Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations. Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to DevOps culture across the company. Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer/SRE in production environments. Strong expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services. Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.). Hands-on with containers and Kubernetes. Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm). Experience with monitoring and logging tools. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar). Knowledge of networking, load balancers, DNS, and security protocols. Nice-to-Have: Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries. Exposure to HIPAA/GDPR/ISO compliance requirements. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience with chaos engineering and advanced reliability practices. Why Join Us? Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
