We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design world-class infrastructure, drive automation, and help shape the backbone of a product trusted by thousands of our global customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS, CloudFront, etc.)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that make delivery fast, reliable, and automated
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) to keep systems healthy and proactive
• Ensure security best practices — from IAM and VPC design to compliance with industry standards
• Lead cost optimization initiatives across AWS services without sacrificing performance
• Partner with Dev & Product teams to boost application reliability, scalability, and performance
• Use Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK) to automate deployments and eliminate manual work
• Join our on-call rotation, ensuring uptime and customer trust
• Lead postmortems and drive systemic fixes that prevent repeat incidents.
• Own incident management strategy, refining on-call processes and escalation paths.
• Partner with Finance on FinOps — forecasting spend, creating budgets, ensuring predictability.
• Architect multi-region, highly available systems to ensure resilience against regional failures.
• Implement disaster recovery & backup strategies, including RTO/RPO objectives.
• Advance observability practices by setting SLOs/SLIs and driving error budget policies.
• Drive container security (image scanning, runtime protection, supply-chain security).
• Champion GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD or Flux for declarative deployments.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD (infrastructure tests, chaos engineering, load tests).
• Introduce self-service platforms that let product engineers spin up infra safely without bottlenecks.
• Own IaC lifecycle management, ensuring modular, reusable, and versioned infrastructure code.
• Design secure networking architectures (private links, transit gateways, zero-trust principles).
• Lead compliance automation for SOC2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA — codify guardrails into pipelines.
• Implement secrets management solutions (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, SSM).

✅ You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
• Strong expertise with AWS services (networking, compute, storage, databases)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, CDK)
• Solid skills in CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
• Experience running containers at scale (ECS, EKS)
• Strong scripting/programming with Python and Bash
• Experience with observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Good knowledge of database operations (RDS, Aurora, MySQL/Postgres, query debugging & optimization)
• Excellent problem-solving, autonomy, and communication skills

• Bonus points for:

• Experience in Sales/Marketing SaaS, or high-compliance industries
• Knowledge of secrets management or service mesh (HashiCorp Vault, Istio, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (AWS DevOps Guru, AWS Security Hub)
