Senior DevOps Engineer

At Brained, we’re building a new way for enterprises to design, automate, and operate complex systems with the support of AI. As part of our core engineering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support seamless development and deployment workflows.
• Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CloudFormation preferred).
• Monitor production systems and optimize performance, availability, and cost.
• Work closely with backend, platform, and security teams to ensure best practices.
• Own incident response, troubleshooting, and system reliability improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on DevOps experience, ideally in a SaaS or product environment.
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud ecosystems.
• Proficiency with:
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking, security groups, load balancers, and VPC management.
• Familiarity with logging & monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable automation scripts (Bash, Python, Go—any is fine).
• A problem-solving mindset, proactive ownership, and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Terraform, Helm, or service mesh technologies.
• Exposure to microservices or distributed systems architectures.
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
